Nadine Stoyanov: Can you tell us briefly about BIBUS and your focus in this field?

Robert Vizkeleti: BIBUS specializes in producing quality control products and systems for the semiconductor industry. Our focus is on delivering customized solutions to clients facing various challenges.

Nadine Stoyanov: What are examples of such challenges?

Robert Vizkeleti: There is wide range of challenges, starting with low speed high accuracy motions (sometimes under micron accuracy) to high speed heavy weight measuring gantry systems we have designed a built many systems for special customer requirements.

Nadine Stoyanov: How does BIBUS approach the process of collecting ideas and requirements when starting a project with a client?

Robert Vizkeleti: We believe in collecting our clients' ideas and requirements right from the beginning. Through brainstorming sessions with our experienced engineers, we develop a comprehensive concept that aligns with the client's specific needs, reviewing and refining it in close collaboration with them.

Nadine Stoyanov: Effective communication can be challenging. How does BIBUS overcome the language barrier for example with physicists and ensure effective communication with them?

Robert Vizkeleti: We invest time and effort in building rapport and understanding our clients' unique language and perspectives. By speaking their language and comprehending their needs, we bridge the gap between technical expertise and client expectations, for example in physics.

Nadine Stoyanov: Building prototypes is an exciting phase. How does BIBUS approach this stage, and what follows in terms of testing and measurements?

Robert Vizkeleti: Building prototypes allows us to tackle design challenges through iterative problem-solving. We find it thrilling to create something new and unseen in the market. Rigorous testing and measurements follow to ensure the prototype meets functionality and reliability standards, reinforcing our confidence in the solution.

Nadine Stoyanov: What factors contribute to BIBUS's status as a specialist in the field?

Robert Vizkeleti: Our extensive experience and robust supplier base set us apart from competitors. We've acquired valuable knowledge over time. Additionally, our willingness to take risks and embrace innovation allows us to focus on what we excel at, resulting in substantial growth and customer loyalty.

Nadine Stoyanov: Can you share a project that exemplifies BIBUS's success in building strong client relationships?

Robert Vizkeleti: One example is when a client wanted to purchase only a part of the offered complex solution, we politely refused their request because of the fear of losing accuracy and controllability. Declining the offer preserved our integrity, leading to a later EUR 1 million turnover with the same client. Another instance involved improving the accuracy and speed of a high-speed heavy gantry machine. After testing a new spring supplier's solution, we implemented it, strengthening our relationship.

Nadine Stoyanov: Thank you for sharing your insights into BIBUS's expertise in the semiconductor industry. It was a pleasure speaking with you.

Robert Vizkeleti: Thank you for having me. It was my pleasure discussing our work in the semiconductor field.
